Reviews and how we handle them
Our review policy in four lines
- Reviews are collected on an independent platform, not typed up by us.
- No discounts, refunds or gifts are offered in exchange for a review.
- Negative reviews stay published, and we reply to them.
- We publish an aggregate rating only when it matches a public profile you can check.
Fake consumer reviews are banned in the UK under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, and they also breach Google’s review policies. A CV service asking you to trust it with your career should be the last place you find them.

Review FAQs
Where are Resumelyt UK reviews published?
On independent platforms only. When a customer leaves a review we link straight to it, so you can read it in context rather than take our word for a quote on our own site.
Why does this site not show a star rating everywhere?
Because we only publish an aggregate rating once it matches a public review profile that anyone can check. Showing a rating we cannot evidence would breach both Google's review policies and UK consumer law.
Are the reviews on this page incentivised?
No. We ask every customer for a review after delivery and we do not offer discounts, refunds or gifts in exchange, and we never edit or select which reviews appear.
What happens if someone leaves a negative review?
It stays up. We reply publicly, and where the fault is ours we redo the work under the 60-day guarantee.
